9/18/2009 Susquehanna Health Offers Free Hunters' Screenings
Before heading out to the woods this season make sure your health is ready. Susquehanna Health invites outdoor enthusiasts and hunters to attend the Free Hunters’ Screening, Thursday, October 1 from 12-6 P.M. in the Auditorium at Divine Providence Hospital, 1100 Grampian Boulevard, Williamsport. Screenings include blood glucose & blood pressure, cholesterol, height & weight, hearing test, vision & glaucoma screenings, stroke screening, abdominal aortic screening, computerized spinal screening, pulmonary functions test, preventive health information and more. Take advantage of a PSA blood test for prostate cancer ($25 fee) and talk to the doctor. View displays by Susquehanna Health’s Total Joint Care, PA Game Commission, Bureau of Forestry, Blue Cross of Northeastern PA and the Susquehanna Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation. Free give-a-ways and refreshments. No appointments are necessary.
