- Flexible Benefits Program - includes a POS Health Plan, Dental Plan, Eyewear Discount Plan and Flexible Spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
- Retirement - Susquehanna Health provides two Defined Contribution Plans – a 401(a) Retirement Income Plan and a 403(b) Tax Sheltered Savings Plan. SH provides an annual Base Contribution of a minimum of 3% of earnings to the 401(a) Retirement Income Plan. In addition, SH matches your 403(b) contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of earnings, to a maximum of $1500 annually.

- Paid Time Off - Full time employees accrue from 19 to 32 days based upon job classification requirements, budgeted FTE, length of service and hours paid. Part-time employees accrue a prorated amount
- Sick Time - Full time employees can accrue up to 12 days per year, cumulative to 520 hours.
- Long Term Disability - Full time employees receive LTD fully paid by Susquehanna Health.
- Child Care Reimbursement - Direct payment to the licensed child care provider of your choice to offset your expenses. On-site sick child care center.
