Susquehanna Health invites you to send some cheer to brighten the spirit of a loved one that is in the hospital! A free service, you can send a Cheer Card to patients in any of our three hospitals listed below. Simply choose a design and type your message in the box (no abbreviations or nicknames please). Choose a font and size and fill in the information requested. Preview the Cheer Card, make changes if necessary then hit send. Volunteers will deliver your Cheer Card to current patients at time of delivery. It’s that easy to make someone’s day!

Cheer Cards are delivered Monday-Saturday if received by 1 P.M. After 1 P.M. the Cheer Card will be delivered the next business day provided the patient is in the hospital at time of delivery.

Cheer Cards may be sent to The Williamsport Hospital & Medical Center, Divine Providence Hospital/Behavioral Health and Muncy Valley Hospital/Skilled Nursing Unit.
