Personal Info		Born and raised in the Chicagoland area and always had a passion for medicine. After college attended medical school in Mexico where I met my husband. Completed Fifth Pathway Program with New York Medical College at Staten Island New York. Enjoy fishing, crafts, movies, and volunteering in the community.
Why Fam Med:		Family medicine was the right choice for me because it covers what medicine should be, in my opinion, "the family." I can treat a woman when she is pregnant, deliver that baby, make sure that child has vaccinations he/she needs for school, all while I continue to care for his/her parents’ health and grandparents’ health. It allows me to have opportunities in all different age groups in different aspects of medicine. I guess the better question would be "Why not family medicine?" Close This Window
