Patients are seen by appointment only and must have a signed referral from their doctor. Group and individual sessions are available for patients with diabetes. Patients receiving only Medical Nutrition Therapy are seen on an individual basis. If you must cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Some insurance plans cover services provided at The Diabetes Center. Check with your insurance carrier to see if you have coverage.
