Using a medically supervised team approach, family members participate in the patient's care within the home environment. Access to Hospice care is available through the on-call system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hospice coordinates a team of professional, spiritual, emotional and social support including:

Depending on your Hospice benefit coverage, you may qualify for complete payment of drugs, medical supplies and equipment in addition to home care visits. Contributions help pay for care for patients without insurance.
